In all of this hot weather, limoncello sounds like a heavenly idea right now! Adding a little vodka makes it a just right for a signature drink. Here is a recipe for a limoncello martini that I found on food.com Yum!! You will be happy to know that this recipe serves four lucky drinkers.
Ingredients for the Limoncello Martini Recipe
- 2 ounces limoncello
- 4 ounces vodka
- 4 lemon twists
Directions for the Limoncello Martini
- Shake with ice and pour into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist
By the way, we enjoyed wetting the glass rim with lemon juice and dipping it in sugar. Yum!
