Without a doubt, October is one of the best months of the year! Most of the leaves have changed, the air is crisp, college football season is in full effect, and it is the first full month of autumn season. For many couples, October is a very romantic month, because it is the start of “cuffing season.”

Initially, I had my reservations about the distance—a 90-minute drive from Bowie, Maryland can feel like quite the trek. But the moment I arrived, I knew the journey had been more than worth it.
