According to the experts at Smart Money, bridal boutiques are stocked up on wedding gowns for the engagement season (typically many people get engaged over the Christmas holiday).  Yet, the shopping traffic is typically low during the month of December because most people are thinking about shopping for the holidays, and not their wedding gowns.
