How We Made a Dinner an Immersive Experience

Our Couple’s Top Priority Was The Wedding Guest Experience

Last month, we had the pleasure of planning a wedding where the guest experience was the top priority. This included the presentation of the dinner courses.  So, we worked with the caterer, the deejay, and the lighting company to come up with a dinner experience that felt immersive, intentional and just plain fun!

This Beautiful Dinner Was Captured by Love Life Images

As a resulted, we created scenarios where each course was an experience. And, and as you can see from the gorgeous photos, captured by Love Life Images, our vendor partners didn’t disappoint.

The Intermezzo Course Glowed Under the Amber Lighting

The photo above showcases the sweetest intermezzo course created by Occasions Caterers. While guests enjoyed this course, Atmosphere, Inc. showcased an amber glow throughout the room and the dinner music was a fun uptempo beat.

All Of The Dinner Elements Worked Well Together

Everything about this course experience was amazing. The entree, the soft lighting, and the smooth jazz was exactly what the wedding guests needed as they laughed and loved under the stars. Thanks and love go to the incredibly talented Occasions CaterersLove Life ImagesDJ D-Mac, and Atmosphere, Inc. for bringing our creative vision to life!
