In fact, I recommend that you ask the salesperson for a financial breakdown that includes all of the potential expenses noted below — You deserve the transparency!
The F&B minimum and/or the room rental fee may seem affordable to you, but it‘s really just what I call, “the financial starting point.” The actual costs tend to be much higher. As you calculate the potential expenses that you may incur for a wedding in a hotel ballroom, remember to include the following:
✅ The food and beverage minimum, PLUS the service charges and taxes.
✅ The room rental, PLUS the service charges and taxes
✅ The wedding ceremony fees, rental fees and cleaning fees
✅ Cake cutting fees and additional labor costs
