A Maryland Themed Welcome Bag that Pulled Out All of the Stops

A Maryland Themed Welcome Bag Filled With Unique Treats

When celebrating 40 years of love, you pull out all the stops, even for the welcome bags! This Howerton+Wooten Events couple’s vow renewal started with a bang (and a bag!).

Their Maryland-themed welcome bag was filled the best goodies for their 40th Anniversary vow renewal. And, here’s the best part, their welcome bags featured unique treats created with their event guests in mind.

Custom Welcome Bag Treats Focused On the Guest Experience

The welcome bag treats focused on the experience of the event guests. They included the following:

  • A custom welcome note and bag tag (created by LePenn Designs). These little customizations continues the couple’s event branding.
  • For the guests’ comfort, we included mints and water bottles in the welcome bag. The mints and the water bottles were branded with the custom monogram created specifically for the vow renewal.
  • We worked with the couple to include a small bottle of luxe room spray, and it featured the event’s signature scent. This event covered ALL of the senses, and that included a party that smelled amazing!
  • A custom newsletter, created by the couple’s daughter. This newsletter was a ton of fun because it spilled all the sweet tea on the couple’s love story
  • We love it when our couples include a bag of Utz Snacks Maryland Crab chips in their welcome bag. You can’t have a Maryland celebration without a little Old Bay magic!
  • Our favorite treat in the welcome bag was a homemade pop tart from Ted’s Bulletin. Love is sweet, but these are sweeter!

Let the Celebration Begin With the Best Welcome Bag!

Needless to say, these immersive welcome bags dazzled the guests. Their unique treats and customizations focused purely on the guest experience. So, cheers to 40 years, crab chips, and custom scents. Let the celebration begin!

Love and Soul Always, Kawania
