Happy Wedding Wednesday Friends! Today, I am showing off the wedding of our incredibly sweet and kind couple, Ashley and Andrew. This sweet couple got married at the Fairmont Washington DC Georgetown Hotel. Side Note: Some would say that this hotel is located in Foggy Bottom, but it is really located on the cusp of Georgetown in Washington, DC. Their wedding ceremony and reception took place in the Colonnade.
The Bride and Bridesmaids’ Attire Showcased Classic Elegance
The bride, Ashley, wore a gorgeous, lace ballgown from the Love Couture Bridal Salon, located in Potomac, Maryland. Her hair and make-up was applied by the team at Silver Immersions. And, her bridesmaids’ grey chiffon gowns were from the Jenny Yoo collection.
The Lush Floral Design for Ashley and Andrew’s Wedding Was Enchanting
Whenever I think of Ashley and Andrew’s wedding, their soft, delicate, and lush flowers always come to mind. Their wedding flowers, designed by the Enchanted Florist, featured white and ivory roses, orchids, hydrangeas and ranunculus.
Adorable and Hilarious Flower Girls and Ring Bearer
Ashley and Andrew had the sweetest and most hilarious flower girls and ring bearer. They were adorable, smart and filled with the best energy. If you were near them, you were guaranteed to have the biggest smile!
A Blend of Cultural and Religious Wedding Ceremony Traditions
The couple’s wedding featured some of the sweetest wedding day details. Ashley (Jewish) and Andrew (Catholic) combined their cultural and religious traditions. Their wedding ceremony was officiated by a Catholic deacon and a Jewish rabbit, and it took place in the atrium, surrounded by their family and friends.
A Wedding Reception and Party Filled with Great Energy and Fun Details
Their wedding day details included fun wedding favors, their very special wedding cake, the most elegant wedding stationery, and a pair of “Mr. and Mrs. Forks” saved for their first bit of wedding cake. And, they had QUITE the party! It was a day of joy, laughter, and most of all, love.
