Happy Friday friends! How about we enjoy a little Irish whiskey in honor of the upcoming celebration of the death of St. Patrick. (Did you know that Catholics celebrate the “death day” of saints?) One of our favorite cocktails is made with Jameson whiskey. It’s a Jameson and Ginger cocktail recipe and I truly believe it’s worth checking out.
Ingredients for the Jameson and Ginger Cocktail
- Four (4) Lime wheels
- One (1) Ounce Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 oz Ginger ale
- Frozen Ice
- Six (6) Ounces of Jameson Irish Whiskey
Directions for Making the Jameson and Ginger Cocktail
Step #1. Fill four (4) rocks glasses with crushed ice.
Step #2. Mix the whiskey, lime juice, and ginger ale together.
Step #3. Pour equally into the four (4) glasses
Step #4. Garnish the cocktail with a lime wheel.
