A Creative Classroom Set-up for a Workshop
At Howerton+Wooten Events, meeting planning and corporate event planning are at the heart of what our team of professional meeting and event planners do. From board of directors meetings and executive committee meetings to large-scale workshops, we design experiences that foster engagement, creativity, and meaningful connections. I have almost a decade of adult education experience, so creating spaces for education is equally important to us as meeting professionals. The set-up of the corporate event in these photos was for an educational workshop. That’s why the set-up is a creative classroom set-up for a professional workshop. The workshop participants work in the creative industry, so we were intentional about the table linen, the chairs, the paper agendas, and the beverages. They were all put in place to spark creativity and engagement among the participants.
We Added Special Touches to the Set-Up to Inspire the Educators and the Participants
Most of the participants were creatives, so we added special touches, such as flowers, die-cut agendas, and bright colors. The agendas were die-cut and they stood on their own in a 3-D format. The participants loved them!
