Say ”I Do“ at the Black Walnut Point Inn on Tilghman Island

Earlier this spring, the team at the Black Walnut Point Inn hosted a beautiful event for professional wedding planners. The event was called the ”Spring Soiree,“ and it gave wedding planners an opportunity to see this extraordinary venue, located on the beautiful setting of Maryland’s Tilghman Island.

Sadly, the Howerton+Wooten Events team couldn’t make this special event — we were designers for a corporate client that day. But, we were able to catch the all of the deets of this gorgeous wedding and event space.

Nestled in Maryland’s scenic beauty, this historic inn provides a backdrop that feels like it’s straight out of a fairytale. The gardens and the surroundings create an ambiance that is both romantic and tranquil, making it the ideal location for your special day — especially your wedding ceremony.

Here is a list of key wedding planning incentives that the team shared about the Black Walnut Point Inn:

  • Couples will have access to the wedding venue for the entire weekend
  • The Great Lawn is surrounded by 330 degrees of water
  • Since the inn has no neighbors nearby, there is no cut-off time for your wedding reception
  • Couples will be able to bring in their own caterer
  • And, here is the best part for nature lovers! The venue’s natural setting has experienced wedding crashers in the form of bald eagles, foxes, porpoises and hundreds of monarch butterflies

If this venue speaks to your wedding planning heart, contact them for more details and availability. Or better yet, contact us and we will help you begin your amazing wedding journey at the Black Point Walnut Inn.

Love and Soul Always, Kawania
