It doesn’t matter if you are hosting a large family reunion or an intimate dinner with close friends, there is one question that always lingers for holiday hosts, “How much food should I make for Thanksgiving Dinner?”

As you plan your Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner, here are some guidelines for the length of time you can keep cooked meats in the fridge.
