So, when you put together your emergency kit, remember to include the communication supplies listed below:

• A battery-powered, solar-powered or a hand-crank radio
• Portable chargers for cell phones
• Two-way radios
• Megaphone (for set-up and tear down)
• Extra batteries of various sizes

If you don’t have any access to wi-fi whatsoever, consider setting up a message board or a having a runner or concierge on-site to assist with extending the communication.
