Howerton+Wooten Events Successfully Planned the ARServices Holiday Party

Last weekend the Howerton+Wooten Events professional meeting planning team had the honor of designing, planning and directing the logistics of the ARServices office holiday party. This fun event took place at the Westin Alexandria located in Old Town Alexandria Virginia.

A Modern Take on the Christmas Holiday Decor

The look and feel for the event design was a modern take on the Christmas holiday. The color scheme for the event was ivory, taupe, gold, cobalt blue and navy blue. We partnered with the incredibly talented Pretty Petals Floral & Event Design on the florals and Christmas decor. And, we worked with Le’Trice Penn of LePenn Designs to create signage, unique pieces and custom menu cards. The tabletop desigs featured clear candles, green garlands, decorated wreaths, and acrylic trees.

A Night Full of Fun and Celebration for a Hard Working Company

The entertainment for the evening featured a very talented jazz duo, who played through the cocktail reception. The services of a DJ was secured to keep ARServices staff strutting their stuff on the dance floor. Guests could take their photo with the photographer and take home a memento of that photo before the night was over. For the guests who didn’t want to kick up their heels, there was a section in the ballroom specifically for ARServices staff members who wanted to play board games or quietly chat.
