Not too long ago, I attended a Wedding Planners reception and dinner at the Oaks Waterfront Hotel in Easton, Maryland. When I received the invitation, I considered sending my regrets. The hotel is a 60-minute drive from Bowie, Maryland, and I am not a fan of the Chesapeake Bay bridge. I am so glad I didn‘t decline the invitation.
The Oaks Waterfront Hotel is Magical
The hotel was recently renovated by its new owners, and it is definitely worth the drive. The setting is (dare I say it) magical, and it feels like you‘ve been placed in a Hallmark Channel movie. Speaking of that, I am sure this hotel is going to be spectacular at Christmas time.

The Hotel Rooms in the Oaks Waterfront Hotel Were Lovely
There are hotel rooms available in the main hotel property. Sheesh! Their rooms look so comfortable. I didn’t have an opportunity to stay overnight, but as an experienced traveler, I could tell that the hotel rooms were comfy.

The Cottages at the Oaks Waterfront Hotel Provide Wedding Guests with Privacy and an Enchanting Experience
And, if you have a wedding guest who would crave a little extra space and a little extra privacy, you can check them into one of the cottages that are located on the hotel property. Seriously! How cute are these cottages?

The View of the Oaks Waterfront Hotel Was Lovely from the Front and the Back
Here is a view of the back of the main property. I could see me out there enjoying a fresh cup of coffee while reading a good book. Like I said, straight from a movie.

Okay, I don’t want to overwhelm you. So, check back for my feedback regarding their wedding and event space.
